ingredients

The simple ingredients for Broccoli Parmesan Air Fryer are:

  • Oil: Find a good quality oil that you like and preferably one with a high smoke point, like avocado oil. Olive oil with work, too.
  • Salt and pepper: This will be delicious if you just season it with salt and pepper, so opt for fresh ground pepper and sea or kosher salt.
  • Garlic: These last ingredients are optional, but totally worth it! crushed or minced garlic adds an earthy flavor that is to die for. Or, if needed, ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder can be substituted.
  • Parmesan: Grated fresh cheese adds a creamy, tangy bite.
  • Lemon: A bit of Lemon peel it gives this recipe a new face lift, but it’s not necessary.
