It only takes five simple ingredients and six simple steps to make this imaginative, fruity feast. Start by grabbing your handy air fryer and preheating it to 350 degrees. Cut two medium-sized, slightly green peaches in half and remove the pit. Place the peaches in the fryer (skin side up) and cook for five minutes. While the peaches are “cooking” in the air fryer, mix up the filling by combining a half cup of dry dry oats, two tablespoons of light butter, and a teaspoon each of brown sugar and cinnamon. After five minutes, turn the peaches over so that the skin is facing down. Pour some of the oatmeal mixture into the center of each peach and cook for another five minutes.
