Beerfalo Wings with Bourbon Sauce » Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

This recipe is killer for two reasons. First off, these are some of the best wings you’ll ever eat. Second, unlike frying, preparing this dish will not destroy the entire kitchen. —Carlo Weiss

  • bourbon sauce
  • 1/2 cup bourbon

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup chili sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  1. Watch the video at Salting the wings in the beer by rinsing them and placing them in a pot of broth. Pour 1 bottle of beer over wings and add juice of 1/2 lime and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Return pot to refrigerator 1-8 hours before cooking.

  2. Blanch the wings by taking the pot and placing it on the stove. Bring the mixture to a boil and immediately move the pot from a hot stove to a cold stove. Let sit on the stove for 10 minutes, then drain. Place wings on a baking sheet and preheat oven to 375.

  3. Bake the wings for 10 minutes per side in the oven. Turn and repeat. Then remove to a bowl and add the sauce. Toss to coat and serve. To prepare the sauce, blend the Soy, Bourbon, Chile Sauce, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Ginger.
