Brussels Sprouts Tandoori »Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

This recipe makes me want to speak in prose.

“Round green, enclosing an interior flavor, hazelnut and deep, without a gram of sin. Healthy and wholesome, fast-acting benefits, these mini cabbages need a home in your heart. Bake or batter, eat however you like, I put mine, on a hot tandoori grill! Recreating the flavor of a delicacy that I miss, now I’m looking for converts, from chicken to this. – Shuchi

ingredients
  • 12 pieces of Brussels sprouts

  • 4 tablespoons thick Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

  • 3/4 teaspoon Indian garam masala

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons chat masala

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Indications
  1. Mix the yogurt with all the indicated spices, except the oil, and marinate the Brussels sprouts in this mixture for 2-3 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Once ready for the grill, place them on a greased baking sheet. Brush the tops with more olive oil and bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and partially cooked through (a little crisp). They would also taste great when grilled on a barbecue.

  3. Place on a skewer and serve hot with a mint chutney.
