Caramel Brownie » Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

This is a must-have recipe for brownies, with a crispy crust and dark center. It tastes even better when stored in the refrigerator and eaten the next day. Works with any brand of dark chocolate (I use Fin Carr – it’s only £0.30/100g from Lidl) This recipe was also the reason many of my friends’ diets got frozen and burned. X Ashvini

ingredients
  • 170 grams of unsalted butter

  • 100 grams of dark chocolate (chopped)

  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

  • 3 eggs (at room temperature)

  • 3/4 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Indications
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (400°F).

  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.

  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt and sugar.

  4. When the chocolate and butter have completely melted, pour them into the bowl with the dry ingredients.

  5. Start mixing one egg at a time and finally add the vanilla.

  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes (I used a 19cm x 19cm pan) until tops break slightly. Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
