Years and years ago I was introduced crop snack mix from one of our former pastor’s wives. He had a bowl of this sweet concoction at one of our gatherings, and he seriously couldn’t stop munching on it. It is truly addictive.

There’s something about the combination of salty peanuts and chewy caramelized corn that reminds me (and many others) of a payday candy bar. Try it! It’s crazy how similar it really tastes.

The addition of Reese’s Pieces and pretzel gives the snack mix a fun, crunchy twist. This is really such an easy recipe that I hesitate to call it a recipe. But it’s something I accomplish every year, so I just had to share it with you.

There is no trick to this simple Halloween treat. I like to make a cup of each ingredient, but that’s just a guide. You can adjust it to get more of what you like in your mix.
