Christmas Tree French Toast » Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

(Green Tea French Toast with Blueberry Compote) This particular Asian-inspired recipe my friend and I came up with to try and win the contest at www.theydrawandcook.com, but unfortunately I didn’t have time to finish the drawing, so I I thought this would be a perfect place to relive that moment. The green tea has a subtle flavor and the cranberry sauce gives it a nice contrast. Once assembled it looks like a Christmas tree with cranberries as “lights” and icing sugar can be added for “snow”. It is a fun breakfast for children, but especially for adults! —Happycao
