A DELICIOUS MEATBALLS RECIPE

Who doesn’t love a comforting meatloaf? It has always been one of my favorite meals at any time of the year. So I thought, why not turn that comfort food into meatballs? It’s like delicious meatloaf bites! With frozen meatballs and standard meatloaf ingredients, you can make an appetizer, snack, or just a delicious meal! These are great for parties, at home for movie night, game night, or just because. If you want an easy yet delicious appetizer, then you need to try this meatloaf meatballs recipe!

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR MAKING CROCK POT MEATBALLS:

  • Chicken broth or water can be used instead of beef broth.
  • These meatballs are super tasty. I was inspired by a meatloaf sauce, but it also tastes like a classic burger dressing without the pickles.
  • This would make great mini sandwiches when topped with cheese.
  • You can use the meatballs you prefer. I like homemade meatballs because they give more of a meatloaf flavor.
  • These meatballs do not need to be thawed before cooking, they need to be frozen.
  • Depending on how much time you have, you can cook them high or low.

  • brown sugar
  • Beef soup
  • mustard
  • English sauce
  • onion powder

HOW TO MAKE CROCK POT MEATBALLS:

Combine all ingredients in a 3qt or larger slow cooker and cook on high for 2-2.5 hours or on low for 3-4 hours.

Heat the slow cooker and serve.

Top with chopped parsley if desired.

HOW TO STORE:

  • This meatloaf meatloaf recipe is good for up to 4 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator and can be reheated in the microwave or slow cooker.
  • I don’t recommend freezing it after cooking.
