I seriously dream of these dark, rich brownies. My favorite thing about these brownies is how thick and chewy they are. In addition, the coffee gives them a touch of caffeine.

Store cooled brownies in an airtight container. Store at room temperature for 3-4 days.

You can also freeze these brownies for 1-2 months. Wrap cooled cut brownies in cling film, then in foil.

Put them in a large ziplock bag and freeze. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving. Microwave for 10 seconds to get a smooth, sticky texture.
