This Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole has quickly become a favorite in our household. Chicken and ham in cheese sauce. All my favorite flavors in one pan. This recipe is super easy to make and tastes great! We ate it for dinner last week and ran out of leftovers for lunch. Add this to your menu ASAP! Sure to be a hit!

How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

This casserole is so easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, grated Swiss cheese, cooked minced chicken, minced ham, onion powder, garlic powder, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and black pepper. Spread chicken mixture in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. In a small bowl, melt the butter. Add the chopped Ritz crackers and toss to coat. Sprinkle crackers on top of pan. Bake uncovered in the oven until bubbly. Garnish with parsley.

  • 4 cups of chicken
  • 8 ounces of chopped ham
  • 1½ cup sour cream
  • 1½ cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 sleeve Ritz cracker
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch skillet with cooking spray.

  • Combine chicken, ham, sour cream, Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and cream of chicken. Spread in the prepared mold.

  • Combine the chopped cookies and melted butter. Sprinkle with chicken mixture.
