REQUIRED INGREDIENTS: (FULL RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF POST)

  • prepared for white cake
  • Water
  • oil
  • egg
  • vanilla instant pudding
  • salted butter
  • light brown sugar
  • cinnamon powder
  • powdered sugar
  • Water

HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY CINNAMON BREAD ROLL:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of (two) 8×4-inch baking pans with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs, and oil. Stir until well mixed.

Pour half of the bread batter into each prepared pan (a quarter of the batter in each pan). In a smaller bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well blended. Pour half of the cinnamon butter mixture over the bread dough in each pan and stir (one quarter of the cinnamon butter mixture in each pan). The rest will be used for the second layer.

Pour remaining bread batter evenly over each pan and shake remaining cinnamon butter mixture evenly into both loaves.

Cook for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding and placing on a wire rack to cool. Then let the bread finish cooling on the grill.

In a small bowl, mix the icing sugar with 1 tablespoon of water and mix well. You want it to have a thick but drizzle consistency, so you may need to add another tablespoon of water. Pour the glaze over the bread.

Slice and serve!
