Ginger Dressing » Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

This is my antidote to the mid-week dinner quick dressing dilemma. A jar of healthy, additive-free homemade ginger dressing. Double up to triple or quadruple the quantities and you will never run out. —Tessiewoo

  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons unfiltered apple cider vinegar

  • 3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons agave syrup

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 red chili, finely chopped (optional)

  1. Peel the ginger, using the back of a knife or a teaspoon.

  2. Finely grate the ginger on a grater.

  3. Add the ginger to a jar with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and shake to mix. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. The dressing can be kept in the refrigerator for a week, up to 10 days.
