Grilled Cabbage with Lime Herb Sauce » Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

If you’re looking for something new to do with cabbage, look no further! This grilled kale recipe is crispy, tangy, fresh, and delicious. We were lucky enough to make this with a green kale grown in our backyard and the backyard cilantro and parsley were also included in the dressing. Grilled cabbage is a great side dish to any meal, or it could even be the star of the meal itself. The inner leaves of the cabbage wilt and become flavorful, while the outer leaves get a nice char from the grill that creates an amazing flavor when combined with the slightly spicy seasoning. – Let’s eat first

  • Aromatic herb dressing
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 5 sprigs of fresh coriander

  • 5 sprigs of fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  2. Cut cabbage into six wedges making sure the cabbage stem fits into each slice; this is what will hold the cabbage wedges together on the grill. Use a grill brush to brush the vegetable oil over the cabbage and sprinkle with a little salt. Grill for about 5 minutes per side or until you have grill marks and the outer kale leaves are soft.

  1. Season with aromatic herbs
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well blended. Pour over roast cabbage and serve immediately. To a good time!
