Not only do they taste amazingly delicious, but the char marks and perfect flavor you get from putting them on the grill is second to none. Ingredients for mushroom skewers

  • Soy sauce: This serves as the base of the sauce and gives it a tangy, tangy flavor.

  • Olive oil: You can also use vegetable oil or canola oil if that’s all you have on hand.
  • Garlic cloves: If you don’t have fresh garlic cloves, you can use minced garlic from a jar. ½ teaspoon equals approximately 1 clove of garlic.

How to Make Honey Soy Grilled Mushroom Skewers

I like to soak them at the same time my mushrooms are marinating so everything is ready to grill at the same time.
