  • 4 medium peaches, halved and pitted
  • ½ cup of mascarpone
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of raspberries
  • ½ teaspoon stevia
  • 1 tablespoon. Water


  1. Heat grill or oven to 400°F.
  2. Grill peaches for 4-5 minutes per side or 15 minutes in the oven, until soft.
  3. Meanwhile, put the raspberries, stevia, and water in a saucepan over high heat. Cook until the raspberries soften and become a sauce.
  4. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, honey, and vanilla extract.
  5. When the peaches are done, garnish with 1 tablespoon of the mascarpone-raspberry sauce mixture.
