  • In a food processor or high powered blender, combine the chipotle glaze ingredients and blend until smooth.

  • In a resealable bag, combine the pork chops and half of the chipotle glaze. Squeeze out excess air, seal and marinate for 20-30 minutes.

  • Add remaining chipotle glaze to saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes until sauce begins to thicken. Remove from heat and let cool until ready to use.

  • While the pork chops are marinating, prepare the peach sauce. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add salt to taste.

  • Use the tongs to transfer the pork chops to a preheated grill. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes, turn, brush with glaze, and grill for another 5 to 6 minutes.

  • Brush again with glaze if desired, garnish with a generous dollop of peach sauce, and serve.
