Kale Chips » Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

Cabbage is the new superfood. Simple is one of the healthiest vegetables you can eat. For those who have never tried it, this is a great recipe.

This superfood is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, the potential health benefits of eating kale are endless, but just to name a few include, improving blood sugar control in diabetics, reducing cancer risk, lowering blood pressure, improving bone health, reducing the risk of developing asthma and much more.

So instead of getting the packet of chips, you can have your own super healthy, guilt-free cabbage fries. Perfect for all the family and friends who call!

ingredients

  1. 1 bunch of cabbage, washed and dried
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. Salt to taste either sprinkle with paprika

Indications

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Remove the central stems and tear or cut off the leaves.
  2. Combine cabbage and olive oil in large bowl; sprinkle with salt. Spread out on a baking sheet (or two, depending on the amount of cabbage). Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes or until crisp.

Tips during preparation

When you wash the cabbage, make sure to dry it completely before putting it in the oven or it will be chewy and not crispy. If you are making a large batch, spread the cabbage out onto 2 baking sheets. Make sure not to overcrowd the pans or they won’t be crispy. Keep an eye on them as they cook…some ovens are hotter than others.
