The best part of the recipe is that there are only 4 ingredients: graham cracker crust, fresh whisk, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice. That is all! The cake takes a few hours to prepare. I have to confess; It was incredibly difficult to wait! Once we finally got a taste of it, we fell in love! It’s so light and has just the right amount of lime flavor.

How to make Key Lime Pie without cooking

Like I said, this dessert is super easy to make. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and lime juice. Mix carefully in a cold mixer tub. Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker pie crust and chill for a few hours overnight. Cut into slices and enjoy.

  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 1 can (8 ounces) chilled whisk, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
