  • 16 ounces of water

  • 4 ounces (by volume) lavender

  1. Bring the water to a boil and add the lavender springs. Cook for about 10 minutes and then filter twice, keeping the liquid.

  2. While still hot, add equal parts honey to lavender water and stir until honey dissolves.

  3. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator. The syrup should last about a week.
