The ingredients to make a lobster roll are pretty simple; however, you can add additional elements according to your taste.

  • cooked lobster meat
  • Lemon juice

How to make lobster roll

You will start by cutting the cooked lobster tail into 1-inch pieces.

To a large bowl, add lobster and other ingredients including: lemon juice, salt, black pepper, celery, onion, chili flakes (if using), and mayonnaise.

Mix everything and taste. Add a few more drops of lemon juice and season for more flavor if desired.

Now take the sandwiches and pour them into a pan with the melted butter.

Toast sandwiches for 30 seconds until golden brown and flip to toast the other side.

Next, add dollops of lobster salad to the sandwiches.
