ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1-2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
  1. Add ingredients to food processor or blender and blend until sauce is smooth and lump-free.
  2. Mix and place in a suitable serving container. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours.
  3. Garnish with sprigs of fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or crusty French bread.
