these easy No Bake Chocolate Granola Bar Bites can be done in minutes. They are the perfect chocolate snack for after school or on the go in the morning.
With three growing children in our house, we eat a lot during the week. They are always “starving” when they get home from school. If I have to go grocery shopping after school, they are not very happy with me, unless we grab some snacks to eat on the way home.
Granola bars are an easy snack to buy at the store. We have reviewed so many boxes over the years for breakfast and snacks.

But homemade granola bars really are that easy to make. And if you buy snack bags, there’s no reason you can’t make your own packaged snacks when you have time.

Let cool and then decorate with a little chocolate and other candied almonds before cutting them into small pieces. You can also cut them into larger pieces and have standard size cereal bars.
PRO TIP: Use sprinkles to match whatever the season or holiday is. Since it’s October, I’ve used a fun Halloween mix. I’m looking at a mint chocolate chip muesli bar coming out in a few months but…
