Quick Lahmacun »Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

5 minutes to prep (for each) and less than 10 minutes to be ready to eat! If you have a pack of lavash, you don’t have to worry about the lahmacun dough. Ayran is highly recommended as a drink! I cook 2 at a time, since there are two of us. While we eat our first dishes, the seconds are in the oven. – Beryl

  • Lahmacun
  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1/2 pound ground beef

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 cup parsley

  • 4 wash

  • Filling
  • 2 cups carrots (grated)

  • 1 cup of chopped pickles

  • 1/2 cup of grated onion (red).

  • red pepper to taste

  • 1 lemon

  1. Combine all the ingredients of the lahmacun. You need a slightly more sassy mix than a regular meatball mix.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 parts and distribute them in a mold.

  3. Heat oven to 375 degrees and cook until meat is browned.

  4. Put the filling on each one and squeeze a quarter of lemon. Sprinkle with red pepper to taste and roll up the lahmacuns.
