Sautéed Radishes with Mint » Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 pound radish, sliced ​​and sliced ​​lengthwise into 1/2-inch wedges

  • 2 tablespoons mint, coarsely chopped

  1. Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Let the butter melt, and then cook some more, until browned and starting to smell nutty, about 2 minutes total.

  2. Add radishes to skillet and sauté to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the radishes are tender and mixed with caramelization in places. Let cool slightly and sprinkle with mint and more salt to taste.
