Shrimp and Cilantro Croutons » Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

I have made this dish countless times, it is so easy and always delicious. Here I made it more like croutons for a dinner party and used thinly sliced ​​baguettes, but sourdough works well if you want the larger pieces to be more like bruschetta.   • 20 ounces of cooked shrimp

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 handful of fresh coriander

  • 1 tomato

  • 1/4 red onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon hot smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 baguette

  • 1 lime (juice)

  1. Cut the bread into thin slices and arrange the pieces on a baking tray.

  2. Turn on the oven rack and grill/broil the bread on one side for about a minute until golden brown. Flip them over and repeat the process.

  3. While they are still hot, brush them with olive oil and rub the peeled clove of garlic on the warm bread. By now your kitchen will smell like garlic bread!

  4. To prepare the mixture, peel and peel the prawns, cut them into small pieces and add them to a large bowl.

  5. Clean your tomato and cut it into small pieces. Add it to the bowl, along with the coarsely chopped cilantro and finely chopped onion.

  6. Stir in mayonnaise, paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper, until everything is evenly coated. Check the seasoning, it should be slightly salty and sour, with a touch of fire.

  7. Pour mixture over croutons and serve immediately. Have fun with the champagne!
