  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 2 cups cooked minced chicken
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 bag (8 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese mix
  • 1 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup prepared ranch dressing
  • 1½ tablespoons ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup of milk or beer
  • 3 cups of walnut chips to soak for 30 minutes
