Weight Loss Smoothie Recipe That Helps Reduce Sugar Cravings »Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

A couple of weeks ago, I had the exciting opportunity to shoot several cooking videos at the Time, Inc. studios in New York. It was an amazing experience and the best part was that they shopped for all the groceries and organized my recipes beautifully! Wow, talk about making it easy to eat delicious food!

Since Time, Inc. owns tons of magazines, my videos could appear in any of them. The first one just went live on!

Here is the link to my 2 minute cooking video where I show the maker how to make my Princess Spiced Smoothie, which curbs sugar cravings and overeating with just 4 ingredients. That’s what Princess Kate Middleton drinks, but I spiced it up and made it work even better.

Yes, it was a great experience and I am so excited that some of my favorite and easiest recipes have been filmed and documented.

A great and surprising part of the trip was organizing the kitchen in which I filmed. All of her ingredients were labeled and alphabetized in the pantry, and the pot lids were all organized in some kind of extraordinary dish drainer. It was a great breath of fresh air to cook there!
