But for the masago sauce you have to make it at home.

  • 2 tablespoons Huy Fong Sriracha sauce
  • ½ fresh lime
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh Masago eggs

How to make masago sauce

  1. In a medium bowl. Put two tablespoons of Kewpie mayonnaise, followed by two tablespoons of Sriracha sauce. The traditional masago sauce is made with homemade Kewpie mayonnaise. But of course you can use a store-bought alternative.
  2. Pour the juice of half a lime over the mayonnaise mixture. Don’t use a whole lemon, just use half a lime, about a tablespoon, as too much lime juice will make the sauce runny.
