White Pizza » Simple and Healthy Recipe! ✅

Made with 3 different cheeses (no ketchup here!) and topped with extra virgin olive oil, garlicky goodness. Yes, thanks!

Love you, love a good margarita pizza. But sometimes I just want a white cake like nothing else. It’s that simple with a few different white cheeses but, gosh, it’s really something else.

Could be ricotta wisps. The melted mozzarella. Or the goodness of garlic and olive oil with a spicy kick from minced chili flakes. Maybe that’s all of the above.

It doesn’t matter what the reason is. At the end of the day, I’ll destroy it like it’s nobody’s business.

(Side note: If you opt to buy from the store, try buying a half pound of pizza dough from your favorite local pizzeria. This will make all the difference.)

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced red bell pepper
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 6 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  3. OLIVE OIL BLEND: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes; Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Difference OLIVE OIL BLEND on surface of dough in an even layer, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Garnish with mozzarella and ricotta tufts; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 20-24 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheeses have melted.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with basil if desired.
